Application rates of 15,000 kg manure plus 6000 kg urine/10 a (high level) and 5000 kg manure plus 2000 kg urine/10 a (low level) were compared with a control. Crude protein of the high level plot was greatest throughout the experiment. N-free extract was highest on the low level plot. K and NO3-N were highest in the high level plot. Silage quality was inferior in all treatments.
