Abstract
32 steers was selected from the different 5 groups (Korean native cattle, Charolais, Aberdeen Angus and Holstein) to compare the fattening requirements of protein and energy by metabolism trials. Those data were summarized with mutual relations between factors such as daily gain (Kg/day), metabolizable energy intake (Kcal/Kg0.75/day), digestible energy intake (Kcal/Kg0.75/day) and fattening stage(day).
