Studies on the tunnel cultivation the hiroshima method of tricholoma matsutake part 3 on the forcing culture of tricholoma matsutake during 1976

Studies on the tunnel cultivation the hiroshima method of tricholoma matsutake part 3 on the forcing culture of tricholoma matsutake during 1976

Bulletin of the Hiroshima Agricultural College 5(4): 399-408

Early development and high productivity of fruiting bodies were possible by the use of an air conditioner. In tunnel cultivation in which the soil temperature was maintained around 20.degree. C and a considerable amount of water was used, primordia were formed and the fruit body developed. In the tunnel cultivation method good results were obtained by maintaining natural temperature and good moisture within the tunnel. Insect damage to the fruit bodies was controlled by chemical means.
