Abstract
Some Mannich bases and aminoalkyl ketones were obtained from thienothienocyclenones. These products were tested for their antifungal and antibacterial activities. The choice of the different structures (ring size, ring annelation, presence of S in the cycloalkene ring, nature of the base) allows some conclusions concerning the structure-activity relationships.
