The results of osmotic pressure calculation of intracellular .pi.in and intercellular .pi.ex solutions in the temperature range of 25.degree. to 50.degree. C and empirical relation of osmotic pressure difference from temperature allowing calculation of the value of .DELTA.pi. for any reasonable temperature are presented.
