The amino acid sequence of plasto cyanin from rumex obtusifolius/

The amino acid sequence of plasto cyanin from rumex obtusifolius/

Phytochemistry (Oxford) 17(4): 615-618

The amino acid sequence of plastocyanin from dock was completed. It is a single polypeptide chain of 99 residues which is closely related to other plant plastocyanins. Compared to a preliminary sequence presented earlier, the completed sequence now shows 2 changes, at positions 53 and 92.
