The ganglia and the bundles of postganglionic nerve fibers of the guinea pig (Cavia cobaya), albino rat (Rattus norvegicus), cat (Felis domestica), dog (Canis familiaris) and pig (Sus scrofa domestica) were examined. Acetylcholinesterase was detected histochemically.
