The content of endogenous auxins and abscisic acid in pea seedlings grown in the light and in the dark

The content of endogenous auxins and abscisic acid in pea seedlings grown in the light and in the dark

Fiziologiya na Rasteniyata 8(4): 17-22

The effect of light on growth rate and on endogenous auxin and abscissic acid [ABA] content was investigated in a suitable model system, pea seedlings. The regulatory effect of light on growth is related to changes in the content of endogenous auxins and inhibitor ABC.
