The influence of noradrenaline applied in microquantities to the dorsal hippocampus of rats on conditioned reflex memory

The influence of noradrenaline applied in microquantities to the dorsal hippocampus of rats on conditioned reflex memory

Zhurnal Vysshei Nervnoi Deyatel'nosti Imeni I P Pavlova 35(4): 780-782

Experiments were performed on rats to study the effect of noradrenaline [norepinephrine], applied in microquantities to the dorsal hippocampus, on the content and reproducibility of conditioned reflexes. Results showed the importance of the properties of conditioned stimuli in the study of monoamine function, norepinephrine in particular, which is mediated through a hippocampal formation.
