, : The macedonian gyralina species gastropoda zonitidae. Fragmenta Balcanica Musei Macedonici Scientiarum Naturalium 12(4): 31-43

A new species of Gyralina Andreae, G. (Gyralina) velkovrhi sp. nov. from the Kozuf Mountains, [Yugoslavia] is described. Some conchological remarks on G. (G.) mirabilis Pinter et Riedel and G. (G.) rempei Gittenberger, and the 1st description of the genital organs of G. (Spelaeopatula) korabensis (Riedel) are given. All the species of Gyralina are probably subterranean snails.
