The macrolepidoptera of the drover heide district of dueren west germany

, : The macrolepidoptera of the drover heide district of dueren west germany. Decheniana 140: 123-133

417 species of butterflies have been detected in the "Drover Heide" during four years (1981-1984). As far as possible, the most interesting species are associated with the different plant formations. Approximately 24.5% of all species discovered are mentioned in the "Rote Liste" of butterflies, which are endangered in "Nordrhein-Westfalen" and in the Federal Republik of Germany. Therefore preservation of the "Drover Heide" is required.
