The primary structure of noninitiator methionine transfer rna from bakers yeast part 2 partial digestion with rnase t 1 and derivation of the complete sequence

, : The primary structure of noninitiator methionine transfer rna from bakers yeast part 2 partial digestion with rnase t 1 and derivation of the complete sequence. Journal of Biochemistry (Tokyo) 80(5): 951-959

Large oligonucleotides obtained from partial RNase T1 digestion of .**GRAPHIC**. from bakers' yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, strain Y 185) were isolated by chromatographic procedures and sequenced. The complete sequence of the .**GRAPHIC**. was established from the results of this partial digestion, together with those of the complete RNase T1 and A [EC and 22] digestions of .**GRAPHIC**. reported in the preceding paper. The structure of this .**GRAPHIC**. was arranged into a clover leaf comparable with those of other tRNAMet species including bakers' yeast initiator tRNA.
