Tremor measurement in asthma 1. methodological aspects

, : Tremor measurement in asthma 1. methodological aspects. European Journal of Respiratory Diseases 63(5): 388-391

Since tremor is a troublesome side effect of .beta.-sympathomimetics, a method for the quantitative measurement of finger tremor, using a displacement transducer, was developed. This method, which measures motor unit activity only, was proved to be sufficiently reproducible to be applied in clinical trials.
