Tri terpene glycosides of the genus astragalus and their genins 13. the structure of cyclo sieversioside h a tri glycoside from astragalus sieversianus

Cyclosieversioside H was isolated from A. sieversianus roots. The new compound contained D-xylose, D-glucose and D-rhamnose in the ratio 1:1:1. NMR, PMR, IR spectra, GLC and TLC were used to identify it as cyclosievesigenin 3-O-.alpha.-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 .fwdarw. 2)-.beta.-D-xylopyranoside/6-O-.beta.-D-glycopyranoside.
