A high level of genetic variability in subpopulations of Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) in loci coding the synthesis GOT [glutamic oxaloautic tramaminase], GDH [glutamatc dehydrogmase] and SOD [superoxide dismutase] of megagametophytes has been found under the extreme conditions of technogenously polluted environment. Reliable differences are observed in the levels of disturbances in segregation of allelic GOT and GDH variants of megagametophytes of the pine seeds depending on the level of aerotechnogenous stress.
