Balance of nutrients in specialized grain crop rotations and when growing fodder grain crops as monocultures



Izvestiya Timiryazevskoi Sel'skokhozyaistvennoi Akademii (5): 17-27



On soddy-podzolic soils of Moscow region in six-course grain crop rotations with application of mineral fertilizers on the programmed yield (40-50 centners of grain per 1 ha) afterharvest green manuring provided positive balance of nitrogen, phosporus and potassium. In field crop rotation without green manuring on the same fertilizer background a positive balance for nitrogen and phosphorus and negative balance for potassium was provided.
