Traditional approach to the evaluation of the functional state of the whole body was compared with a method that is based on the determination of the closeness of bonds between the parameters of the functions of individual systems of the body. It was established that the proposed method made it possible to evaluate the physiological "value" of body adaptation to environmental conditions, including regional climatogeographical, work and occupational factors. This approach creates a prerequisite for the development of the prognostic models of the risk of the development of clinical health disorders. The tension of the adaptive mechanisms of the whole body and the intensity of the effect of environmental factors on the body should be taken into consideration. The proposed principle of the analysis and interpretation of the results of comprehensive functional studies can be used for determining the level of the prenosological health of population.
