Some proteinases (trypsin, chimotrypsin, papain) were covalenly bound to macroporous cross-linked copolymers of styrene and divinylbenzene containing epoxy groups. Optimal conditions of immobilization were chosen. A mathematical model describing the immobilization process is given.
