Green mature influence was studied with lab-lab [Dolichos lablab] over the corn crop, analysing productivity and grain proteic content. On the first crop season the parcels were cultivated with lab-lab and compared with others without the legume and at the end of the season the legume has been incorporated with and without its grains. On the second season the corn crop was cultivated at the same experimental area; with lab-lab seed within the rows and incorporated either before during or after flowering. This experiment has shown the existence of benefits due to the incorporation carried out during the first crop season, and that the best period for incorporation at the second season, has been the period before the corn crop flowering because of the best positive influence on the analysed parameters. Also the grain withdrawal of lab-lab before incorporation has presented no alterations on the analysed parameters.
