The analysis of S-HAL-PHI-PO2-PGD haplotypes in 727 offspring out of 91 NL dams and by 15 boars (120 litters), showed significance of the strength of linkage of HAL locus with S, PHI, H, PO2, and PGD loci. The highest risk of occurrence with Haln allele showed SsPhiBHaPo2SPgdB haplotype which is very important indicator for breeding programmes aiming at elimination of the halothane sensitivity gene from the pig population.
