Quantitative determination of bonnecor and its metabolites in biological fluids using hplc

Khimiko-Farmatsevticheskii Zhurnal 24(11): 83-86

A procedure was proposed for quantitative analysis of bonnecor (3-carbethoxyamido-5-dimethylaminoacetyl-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[b,f]-azepine, a new antiarrhythmic agent, and its metabolites in biological samples to be analysed were described and comparatively assessed. The optimal conditions were given for chromatographic separation of bonnecor and its metabolites. The procedure for measurement of the agent and its metabolites may be useful for pharmacokinetic and biopharmaceutical studies.
