The effect of the nitrogen rate and different temperature at grain formation and filling period on the yield components and yield of some winter wheat cultivars

Content of nitrogen in grain and straw was relatively high. This could be explained by specific half controlled conditions during the plant growth in the Mitscherlich Pots and nitrogen nutrition. Nitrogen content in grain and straw increased with nitrogen nutrition. The plants in the warm conditions contained more, and plants in the cold conditions contained less of nitrogen.
