An anatomical-morphological characteristics of leafs epidermis of some species of the Ampelopsis Michx. genus

The results of the investigations of the anatomical structure of the epidermis of 1 species and one form of the Ampelopsis Michx. genus, grown in the Donetsk Botanical Gardens are presented. An anatomical and morphological characteristics and microphotographs of the studied species epidermis are given. It has been round that the main features of the epidermis anatomical structure distinguish quantitatively and they can be used as additional ones in species diagnostics. A certain regularity is observed between a degree of dissection of the leaf blade and thickness of anticlinal walls of the upper epidermis.
