One of the pathogenetic mechanisms of development of acute myocardial infarction are immunologic changes of the humoral type. Indices of circulating immune complexes and A. M. G immunoglobulins in acute myocardial infarction indicate the extension of involement of the cardiac muscle, development of severe complications of the diagnosis and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. An unfavorable sign is significant reduction of the level of circulating immune complexes and immunoglobulins in acute myocardial infarction.
