This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of feeding Total Mixed Ration(TMR) and frequent offering of concentrate on milk yield and milk composition with mid-lactating 15 Holstein cows for 100 days. The main results were as follows: dry matter(DM) intake per head on the separated forage and concentrate, TMR and frequent concentrate feeding were 19.77, 20.62 and 19.79kg, respectively. 4% fat corrected milk(FCM) yield on TMR and frequent concentrate feeding were 25.4 and 24.09kg per day, which were 12, 6% higher, respectively, than that of the separated forage and Concentrate feeding, but there was no significant difference between TMR, frequent concentrate and separated forage and concentrate feeding. Milk composition of fat, protein, lactose, solids-not-fat(SNF) and total solid were not significantly different among treatments (P gt 0.05).
