The study was conducted to improve the some cultivating methods on fruit-setting and training in oriental melon(Cucumis melo L. var. makuwa) under the greenhouse conditions. The new high sugar content variety, Kumssarakiuncheon chamwae, was grown during spring season. At the results, one tertiary vine remaining or all pruning was better for fruit-setting of object fruits than all tertiary vines remaining.
