Genetic and physiological study of dwarf mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynth

Genetic and physiological study of dwarf mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynth

Ontogenez 28(5): 344-351

We conducted morphological and genetic study of six dwarf mutants of Arabidopsis from the collection of the Department of Genetics, Moscow State University; we also examined the response of these mutants to exogenous treatment with gibberellic acid. The mutations affect three different loci, locus er1 from chromosome 2 (er1-1, er1-2, er1-3, er1-4 are allelic mutations in this locus), locus er2 present in the first chromosome of Arabidopsis, and locus nana (na).
