The article covers the data an high occurrence of complicated peptic ulcer in the workers engaged into oil processing industry, who work at the main technologic process, which made the difference from the control group. The authors describe the clinical signs showing the involvement of the liver into the process. The results were obtained by modern methods applied to analysis of 207 patients of exposed group and 138 patients of reference group.
