Presented material of research into comparative estimate of milk cattle breeds regionized in Povolzhye (Bestuzhev, Simmenthat, black-and-white) and their hybrids F1 give a set of economical and biological traits: milk yield, physical and chemical composition and technological properties of milk, biological ampleness of protein and fatty acid composition of milk fat. Significant intergenotype differences were revealed in physical and chemical composition of milk.
