The clinical and neuropathological findings in a case of Shy-Drager syndrome in a 56-years-old woman are reported. The patient showed slowly progressive autonomic dysfunctions and additional non-autonomic abnormalities, including pyramidal, extrapyramidal and cerebellar features.
