Studies on protoplast technologies of filamentous fungi: Effects of dewallzyme on the formation of protoplasts from several filamentous fungi: I

Conditions for the best-chosen kind of dewallzymes and enzyme concentrations to the formation of protoplasts from several filamentous fungi have been studies on. The results showed that for Rhizopus formosaensis XF-101, 0.02 g/ml lywallzyme I is the best concentration, while 1.5% lywallzyme I for Aspergillus niger UV-11-16, Pleurotus ostreatus, Volvariella volvacea, V. bombycina is the best, 2.5 times 10-4 g/ml lysozyme is the most sufficient to Streptomyces erythreus.
