Vitamins A, D and E in fortified foods were determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method (RPLC). Two extraction steps were used for samples of different components. The recoveries for vitamins A, D and E were 92.18%-98.72%, 91.61%-97.78% and 92.00%-97.25% respectively. The coefficients of variation (CV) for the determination were 1.03%-5.23%, 2.37%-5.33% and 2.67%-3.72% respectively.
