Data on immunochemical characteristics of monoclonal antibodies to G- and sA-immunoglobulins in cattle are presented. Basic possibility of their using as immunodiagnostic reagents to reveal and define number of G and sA immunoglobulins in biological liquids of cattle is demonstrated by approbation of monoclonal antibodies under reaction of radial immunodiffusion. The best concentration of monoclonal antibodies introduced in agar is gethered for DAS and 7DS clone antibodies.
