Atypical chest pain and atypical coronary artery disease

We report a patient with stabbing chest pain whose work-up revealed a complex fistulous connection between the left anterior descending coronary artery and the main pulmonary artery. Comprehensive characterization, including ruling out neoplasm, provided a detailed and dramatic picture of the vascular malformation.
