Immunochemical identification of protein products of three new genes from the p13-14 region of human chromosome 11

Encoding regions of three new cDNA TR1, TR2 and 151 mapped in the p13-14 region of human chromosome 11 were cloned in bacterial vectors of the series pUR290-292. Specific antisera (AS) to recombinant products of cDNA expression in bacterial cells were obtained. It was shown that theoretically calculated translation open reading frames encoded proteins present in human tissues. Antisera AS151 and ASTR2 specifically interacted with hydrophobic 67 kDa and 75 kDa proteins, respectively in human placenta extracts but ASTR1 reveals 14 kDa protein in the soluble placental protein fraction.
