Chondrogenesis is a critical step in palatogenesis. All-trans retinoic acid (atRA), a vitamin A derivative, is a known teratogenic effector of cleft palate. Here, we evaluated the effects of atRA oil the osteo-/chondrogenic differntiation Of Mouse embryonic palate mesenchymal (MEPM) cells.
