To investigate the effect of a monoclonal anti-interleukin-10 antibody (anti-IL-10 MAb) on systemic candidiasis in a marine model. Methods A cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed murine model of systemic candidiasis was established. Two groups including the control group and the anti-IL-10 MAb treatment group were set in these mice. Colony forming units (cfu) of the kidney and spleen were determined with plating dilution method.
