Imaging neural crest cell dynamics during formation of dorsal root ganglia and sympathetic ganglia

Imaging neural crest cell dynamics during formation of dorsal root ganglia and sympathetic ganglia

Development 132(2): 235-245

The neural crest is a migratory population of cells that produces many diverse structures within the embryo. Trunk neural crest cells give rise to such structures as the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) and sympathetic ganglia (SG), which form in a metameric pattern along the anteriorposterior axis of the embryo.
