Occurrence of unnatural phospholipid in marine bacteria

Occurrence of unnatural phospholipid in marine bacteria

Bulletin of Fisheries Sciences Hokkaido University 55(1): 17-21

Using chiral phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), we have determined the stereochemical configuration of phosphatidyiglycerols (PG) from some marine bacteria, Pseudoalteromonas sp. (5 strains), Vibrio sp. (8 strains), Deleya aquamarina, Alteromonas macleodii and Stappia aggregata.
