Regulatory analysis of amino acid synthesis pathway in Escherichia coli: aspartate family

Regulatory analysis of amino acid synthesis pathway in Escherichia coli: aspartate family

Enzyme and Microbial Technology 35(6-7): 694-706

Proteins have various compositions of twenty specific naturally occurring amino acids. In spite of their importance in cellular metabolism, biosynthesis mechanisms, changing control conditions, and affection of effectors are not clearly understood yet. So we have made an effort to elucidate the details of metabolic control mechanisms in amino acid synthesis pathways through examining an extensive database search.
