The role of parietal microorganisms in disorders of oral cavity microbiocenosis in patients with periodontilis

A relationship of microorganisms with alveolar crest bone in chronic generalized periodontitis was studied by electron microscopy. Bone samples obtained during tooth extraction in 28 patients with chronic periodontitis and in 18 without it were fixed in 2.5% solution of glutaric aldehyde on 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, (luring 2 hours, then Were washed in phosphate buffer and were fixed again in osmium, tetraoxide.
