The protocol of in vitro production (IVP) of bovine embryos is one of the critical factors determining embryo viability after cryopreservation. This study was conducted to determine the influence of two IVP protocols on the in vitro development and in vitro and in vivo survival of bovine expanded blastocysts after vitrification into hand pulled glass micropipettes.
