The effects of nitrogen application rate and top dressing stage on grain yield and quality of weak-gluten wheat were studied. The grain yield, protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value and grain hardness significantly increased with the rate of nitrogen applied, but the quality of weak-gluten wheat decreased.
