Establishment of a transformation system and acquisition of transgenic plants for Lolium perenne

Establishment of a transformation system and acquisition of transgenic plants for Lolium perenne

Acta Prataculturae Sinica 15(4): 99-103

An efficient regeneration and transformation system was developed for 3 L. perenne cultivars using mature seeds. A particle bombardment transformation system was developed with regeneration from embryogenic calluses.
