Estimation on anti-erosion benefit of wetland in Momoge Natural Reserve

Estimation on anti-erosion benefit of wetland in Momoge Natural Reserve

Journal of Northeast Forestry University 33(6): 67-68, 95

With the combination of environmental economics assessment methods, erosion model, field measurement data and geographical information system, anti-erosion benefits of the wetland in Momoge Natural Reserve in China were evaluated. Result showed that the gross of latent soil erosion is 1.15x108 kg/year, and erosion of unit area is 801 kg/hm2 per year. Latent soil erosion modulus was higher in the western parts than in the middle and eastern parts.
