The objective of this study was to estimate the genetic correlation of days to first calving (DFC) with scrotal circumference (SC) and body weight (BW) at 12 months of age, in a Canchim beef cattle herd. Analyses of DFC were done with (DFCP) and without (DFC) the females which did not conceive during the breeding season, using REML. The statistical models included fixed effects and additive direct random effect for all traits, and maternal permanent environment random effect for SC and BW.
