Research advance in purity identification technology of tobacco variety



Journal of Yunnan Agricultural University 21(4): 435-439



This paper introduces methods and their applications in identifying varietal purity of tobacco seed, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The importance and feasibility of biotechnology identifying methods such as protein and isoenzyme electrophoresis, molecular markers and others are analysed.
