Research on development dynamic state of Xinjiang apricot fruit



Journal of Xinjiang Agricultural University 27(4): 36-42



Fruit development in 8 apricot cultivars was composed of the first fast fruit growth stage, followed by a slow growth and then by a second fast growth stage. Fresh and dry fruit weight were highest during the second fast growth stage. The growth of the nuts were fastest in the early May. Nuts of some apricot cultivars grow slowly.
