Resistance of selected strawberry cultivars to anthracnose fruit rot and Botrytis fruit rot

Strawberry cultivars were evaluated for resistance to anthracnose fruit rot (Colletotrichum acutatum) and Botrytis fruit rot (Botrytis cinerea) in field trials at Dover, Florida during the 2001-02, 2002-03, and 2003-04 seasons. Fruit were evaluated for disease during a 4- to 5-week interval in February and March of each season.
