Response of sorghum to inoculation with azospirillum, organic and inorganic fertilization in the presence of phosphate solubilizing microorganisms

A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the efficiency of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) inoculation with Azospirillum lipoferum, and fertilized with biogas manure and/or ammonium sulfate combined with phosphate solubilizing microorganisms (i.e., Bacillus megaterium var. phosphaticum or mycorrhizal strain, Glomus mosseae). Their effects on sorghum growth and soil fertility were also studied.
